Explicit exclusion of your content and any third-party material, any material we have issued and authorized and used in connection with the service, including, but not limited to Content as “Authorized by Autodesk Free Content License,” templates, textures, images, image files, photos, motion files, collections, packages, documents, scripts, shapes, custom skins, tutorials, frequently asked questions, words, music, films, images and software (together “Our Materials “) is the work protected by copyright or other intellectual property of Autodesk, its subsidiaries, related companies, licensees and/or suppliers. Nothing under these conditions should be construed in such a way that you or anyone else will receive a right, property or interest in any of our materials and, unless expressly stated, all rights and licences expressly granted to you by these conditions are expressly reserved by our presents. You and we do not intend to group our materials and content into inseparable or interdependent parts of a single set, and there are no common works to be created or considered as created by them.
