Demo Software License Agreement

6. Duration of agreement – If the software is distributed under the “Assessment/Demonstration” label or version, the license is valid for ten days and does not include support and/or maintenance services, warranty or compensation for any reason. Note that the demo/evaluation version of the software may disable once the license key has expired. The demo/evaluation version of the software cannot be used after it expires or is removed from the license. If you want to use the software after the end of the evaluation period, you must purchase a valid copy of the version that INNGUMA or its distributors will market on that date. Without prejudice to another right, this licence loses its validity and effectiveness if the licensee does not meet any of the conditions it contains. In this case, the licensee must destroy or return to INNGUMA any copy of the software or technical documentation available to him. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a free license to import, execute and analyze the behavior of the software, non-transferable, non-licensed, non-exclusive. You can also edit, customize and recompile the source code of the evaluation package to exercise your understanding of the software and evaluate their possible integration into your products. The licensee expressly acknowledges that the operating rights, both of the software associated with this contract and of the intellectual and industrial property associated with it, are the property of INNGUMA and that they have not been transferred under this contract. The software protected by this license agreement is protected by national and international copyright rules. 2.1. The effective use period of this licence begins from the date on which INNGUMA has given access to the licence holder`s evaluation version and covers the period (10 days) over which the rights conferred by this licence are waived.

8. SOFTWARE VERSIONS. Partner members of the Zebra or Zebra channel can provide the licensee with software versions as soon as the licensee receives his first copy of the software.
